How do I arrange a visit or enquire about a test?
Call the laboratory or email info@gene-lab.net. You can also use the quote and appointment page to prepare an email with your request details.
When is the laboratory open?
Saturday to Thursday, from 10 am to 9 pm. The laboratory is closed on Fridays.
Does every test require fasting?
Preparation requirements vary between tests. Contact the laboratory with the requested test name to confirm the instructions before your visit.
When will my results be available?
The turnaround time depends on the test. Ask the laboratory team about the expected result time when making your enquiry or appointment.
How do I access my test results?
Use the “Test results” link to open the laboratory’s results portal. Contact Gene Lab’s team if you need help with your access details.
Can I enquire about a test not shown in the directory?
Yes. Send the test name or your clinician’s request to the laboratory so the team can check availability and requirements.
